When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, Vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant, do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. Take one tablet daily with water. Warnings

This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Not for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions. Talk to your health professional before you use if you are breastfeeding. If taking other supplements, read the label since supplements may contain the same ingredients. In case of accidental overdose, discontinue use and immediately contact your doctor or Poisons Information Centre (Australia: 13 11 26, New Zealand: 0800 764 766).
